Broadcast of the TV anime "Bokuno no Kokoro no Yabai Yatsu" is set to begin in April 2023. A teaser visual, teaser PV, and cast comments have been released.

The original story is serialized by Norio Sakurai in "Mangacross". It depicts the adolescent romantic comedy of Anna Yamada, a beautiful and naturally loved girl who is also a model, and Kyotaro Ichikawa, a boy in the shadows who has a bad fantasy about her. The TV anime "Bokoku no Kokoro no Yabai Yatsu" will begin airing in April 2023 on BS Asahi and the "NUMAnimation" slot on TV Asahi's nationwide network of 24 stations. Directed by Hiroaki Akagi of "Mr. Takagi the Karakajite" fame, the animation will be produced by Shin-Ei Animation.

The cast will be led by Shun Horie as Kyotaro Ichikawa, and Hina Yotomiya as Anna Yamada. Comments have also been received.

Ladies and gentlemen! We have finally announced the main staff and two cast members for the Boku Yaba anime. I have been doing a lot of detailed confirmation work during the production period so far, but it has been so fresh and fun that I have become a fan who is just watching the show with glee. They have been very respectful of my amateur opinions, and sometimes I find myself saying, "Are you sure about this? (because I don't trust myself). I enjoy listening to the recording sessions almost every time by remote control. Mr. Horie, who plays Ichikawa, has the most amount of dialogue, but I can feel how he cherishes each line of dialogue. Ms. Yotsumiya, who plays Yamada, has been giving off the Yamada vibe since the tape audition, and her softly cute yet hard-working performance is very touching.
