The TV anime "Oshika no Tensei" will start airing in July 2023. The teaser visual, teaser PV, characters, and cast have been revealed.

The original work (written by Nozomu Fururyu) is a "royal road sweets fantasy" with a total of over 1 million copies sold (including e-books) in novels, comics, and junior paperbacks published by TO Books.

The main character is a boy named Pastry, who was a genius confectioner in his previous life and is now expected to become the next lord of an impoverished territory. The long-awaited TV anime adaptation of this "funny reincarnation" is now available. The teaser visual depicts the main character, Pastry, and the children who play an active role along with him, along with a variety of sweets that are sure to make your eyes water.

The four main characters have also been revealed. They are played by Ayumi Murase, Natsumi Fujiwara, Marei Uchida, and Kaede Hondo.

He is the eldest son of a poor frontier lord, the Knight of Mortern, and the next lord. His nickname is Pace.
In his previous life, he was a genius confectioner with a promising future, but died in an accident during a patissier world competition. He is reborn in another world with the memories of his previous life.

He is a childhood friend of Pace's and often gets in trouble with his father for causing a ruckus with him. He is often together with another childhood friend, Rumi, and knows her well. Recently, he is a little curious about her as a member of the opposite sex.

Pace's previous life was as a pastry chef, and it is fun to see how his knowledge comes in handy in unexpected ways in his new world, and how he brings smiles to everyone's faces when he serves them delicious sweets. The character I will be playing, Marcarlo, is a cheerful and caring boy who sometimes has trouble being honest. He is too honest and sometimes dangerous, but he is cute and childlike in that way as well. I will do my best to make him come alive!

◆Luminito Idrihappa CV: Marei Uchida
She is one of Pace's childhood friends and her nickname is Lumi.
She is a manly character who says what she thinks clearly and is also a glutton. She is known as a tomboyish girl, causing disturbances together with Pace and Marc, and shaking up the adults.
She usually plays with Marc and enjoys playing tricks on him.

When I heard that a pastry chef is reincarnated in another world, I wondered what kind of story it would be! I am very excited. The sweets in the work look really delicious, so I am looking forward to seeing them in the anime!

Lumi is an energetic girl!
She is mischievous and playful, so I feel energized when I play her. I hope to have a lot of fun with Pace and his friends!

Licorice-Mir-Hubarek CV: Kaede Hondo
She is the fourth daughter of the Hvarek family and has a twin sister.
She has a complex about her shy sister compared to her more sociable sister, but the sisters get along very well.
She meets Pace through a certain incident, and is interested in him because of his mature behavior despite being younger than her.

Q2: What is your impression of the character you play and how do you feel about the role?
It has been 4 or 5 years since I met Licorice, and I am happy to play her again! She is a healthy, lovely and kind daughter of a nobleman, but she lacks self-confidence and tends to compare herself with others. She is a girl who is not confident in herself and tends to compare herself with others. When she meets Mr. Pace, she learns many things and becomes more and more attractive! Please watch over her and Pace-kun together!
