At the "Jujutsu Kaisen" stage in the "Jump Super Stage" of "Jump Festa 2023" held today, it was announced that the long-awaited second season will begin airing on 28 MBS/TBS affiliated stations nationwide in July 2023. In addition, a character introduction movie was shown for the first time, using the "Kaitama and Tamaori" character drawing that will be depicted in the second season.

Jujutsu Kaisen" is a dark fantasy comic currently being serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump by Akutomi Geshitsu. It depicts the fierce battle between the main character, Yujin Toraje, who has been cursed by the "double-sided Tsuina Finger", and his friends at the Jujutsu Kaisen. The first film adaptation, "Jujutsu Kaisen 0 the Movie", became a huge hit, grossing 26.5 billion yen at the worldwide box office and triggered a huge movement.
