Akira Toriyama's "SAND LAND" will be adapted to film! SAND LAND project" by Bandai Namco Group and Shueisha has started [Special Video].

A project to develop Akira Toriyama's comic "SAND LAND" from multiple perspectives has begun. A special video has also been released.

SAND LAND" was serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" in 2000 by Akira Toriyama, the creator of "DRAGON BALL" and "Dr. Slump. Although it is a short-lived serialization that is completed in a single volume, it has gained popularity overseas as well.


The "SAND LAND project" is a project to transmit "SAND LAND" to the world. Shueisha and the BANDAI NAMCO Group will work together with a variety of partners and creators to create a variety of content.


The film will be jointly produced by Namco Bandai Filmworks' Sunrise Studio, Kamikaze Animation Inc. and Anima Inc. to deliver a superb visual experience created by talented creators.
