The Switch version of "Mercenaries Lament," the latest in the popular series, will be released on February 9 for ¥2,200! PS4 version will also be released!

The latest installment in the popular "Mercenaries Saga" game series will be released on Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4.

The Mercenaries Saga series is a tactical simulation RPG in which players level up their characters, develop their skills, and conquer stages. The game features a quarter-view battle map, with characters with various roles, such as fighters who are good at melee attacks, archers who are good at long-range attacks, and priests who heal and support allies.

Mercenaries Lament: Silver Wolf and Seven Stars Around a Priestess" is the seventh title in the series. It inherits the systems and skills introduced in the previous titles, while adding new elements to make it easier to play.

The Nintendo Switch version will be released on February 9, 2023 for 2,200 yen (tax included), and a PlayStation 4 version will also be released (release date TBA).

Several years have passed since a mysterious plague quickly spread across the continent.
The victims of the plague have turned into moving corpses called "zombies," and mercenaries, who make their living fighting the plague, spend their days doing the dirty work of exterminating zombies.

One day, Johan, the captain of the Silver Wolf Mercenaries, encounters a man who calls himself the Grim Reaper. Johan narrowly escapes the Reaper's deadly blade, but as he leaves, the Reaper leaves behind an eerie prophecy: "In 100 days, when the evil omens are at their peak, you will die an inescapable death.
