A TV anime adaptation of the popular manga "My Favorite Girl Forgot Her Glasses" has been announced.

The manga "My Favorite Girl Forgot Her Glasses" has been posted on Koume Fujichika's Twitter account since April 2018. The manga depicts a "zero-distance", muzukyun episode between a natural girl who always forgets her glasses and a slightly reserved, goofy guy.

The inevitable smirking situations presented in each post and the gradually approaching relationship between the two are hard to take your eyes off of, and each episode has received tens of thousands of likes. The series has been attracting attention as a "romantic comedy to watch over," and began serialization in the monthly "Gungan JOKER" in December 2018.

It has now been decided that the series will finally be adapted into a TV anime in 2023. Comments and illustrations from the original author, Fujichika Koume, have also arrived.
