The "Shinkage no Kyojin" series, serialized by Hajime Isayama in "Bessatsu Shonen Magazine" until April 2021, has sold over 100 million copies worldwide. 2013 saw the TV anime adaptation, withThe Final Season Part 2 airing on NHK Sogofrom January 2022. The animation is produced by MAPPA.
