Masked Rider Kuuga Rising Dragon" aka "Blue Gold Kuuga" appears in the Shingokubou Seihou series.

New parts include shoulder armor and forearms with gold lines added by the Rising Power, and the "Rising Dragon Rod" with an added spearhead that holds the Rising Power.
