Mobile Suit Gundam Arsenal Base LINXTAGE" PV release! SCANDAL wrote the theme song!

SCANDAL's new song "Line of sight" has been chosen as the theme song for the arcade card game "Mobile Suit Gundam Arsenal Base LINXTAGE," which will begin operations in late February. The video was also released.

SCANDAL will release Blu-ray/DVD "SCANDAL "Documentary film MIRROR"" on February 22, and hold "SCANDAL TOUR 2023 unlimited UTOPIA" in 7 cities in Japan from April. SCANDAL has written a new song "Line of sight" as the theme song for the arcade card game "Mobile Suit Gundam Arsenal Base LINXTAGE".

In "Mobile Suit Gundam Arsenal Base," players take the role of a commander and command five mobile suits and five pilots. The game is a real-time strategy arcade card game in which players take command of five mobile suits and five pilots and fight to destroy enemy battleships.

The large touch panel cabinet specialized for playing card games allows players to command their units by touch operation in response to the real-time changing battle situation. This series will include many new contents, such as "LINXTAGE BATTLE," which allows two players to launch a battle simultaneously, and the ability to select battleships and captains.

I am pleased to be in charge of the theme song for "Mobile Suit Gundam Arsenal Base LINXTAGE".
We are celebrating our 17th anniversary this summer, and I was very happy to receive this offer at a time when we are looking forward to accelerating our activities.
I met with the members of the Arsenal Base Team and we shared our feelings with each other before starting production.
We were told that music would also be played during the battle scenes, which heightens the players' emotions,
We were conscious of creating an up-tempo, danceable music that would further boost the players' emotions.
The lyrics of the song are also interspersed with the band's thoughts and feelings about the world of Gundam and the characteristics of the game.
