The location is behind the long-established soba restaurant "Kanda Matsuya Honten" along Yasukuni Dori. Momijiya is a restaurant specializing in authentic Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki. The newly opened Momijiya Kanda is the second restaurant following the Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki restaurant "Momijiya Honten" in Iidabashi.

Momijiya's okonomiyaki consists of cabbage, bean sprouts, green onions, and other vegetables, tenkasu, meat, egg, and noodles. The standard okonomiyaki is served with buckwheat noodles, but udon noodles are also available. During lunch time, the restaurant offers three types of noodles: "Meatball," "Ika-ten-iri," and "Daily Special (limited quantity). The lunch menu is as follows
