Justali, a Vietnamese restaurant specializing in "justali" (rice cake), is open for business today, Thursday, February 9, 2012. The location is along Yasukuni Street. Justali" is a restaurant specializing in "bain-mee," a Vietnamese fast food. A "bain mi" is a Vietnamese sandwich made by cutting a slit in a French bread-like bucket and sandwiching red and white namasu, liver patties, pak choi, and other ingredients inside.
