Teppan Hamburg Akihabara UDX, a steak and dining restaurant, has been in operation since Wednesday, February 15, 2012. It is located in the "Akiba Ichi" restaurant area on the second floor of Akihabara UDX, along Tashiro-dori Avenue.

Teppan Hamburg is a sister restaurant of Hanamoeki, whose signature dishes are "downtown ho-ho-ho hamburg" and "steak" made from carefully selected meats.

Teppan Hamburg Akihabara UDX branch's signature dish, "Teppan Hamburg," is a fluffy, rare hamburger made from 100% beef. The lunch menu includes the "Teppan Hamburg Lunch (1,000 yen)," which includes the "Teppan Hamburg" with rice, pork miso soup, and namul, and the "Teppan Hamburg Curry. In addition, "Select 3 (+500 yen)," which allows customers to add toppings and other items at a discount, allows them to select three items from the menus marked with Stars in the menu below.
