New Visual
Last year's first visual featured a large image of Freelen with a moonlit night in the background. In contrast, the new visual depicts Freelen traveling through a beautiful landscape of trees and a castle town.

In the first PV, we see Freelen setting off on a new adventure after defeating the Demon King, accompanied by Atsumi Tanezaki's character voice and the music from the film.

<Atsumi Tanesaki's comment
My name is Atsumi Tanezaki, and I will be playing the voice of Freelen.
I love Freelen's eyes. I like the way she looks at me, even if she doesn't say it in words,
I feel that the look in her eyes and the look in her mouth tell me a lot of things without words.
It's a long, long time after only 10 years of adventure.
I am making this work with great care and dedication to all those who live and die.
I hope it will reach many people. Thank you very much for your cooperation.

<Director Keiichiro Saito's comment
Every day I think about the work and what kind of image would be the best animation for the audience... It may be a short time for Freelen, but for me, these days will be invaluable.
The staff and cast are all wonderful people, and I am sure that I will be able to deliver the beloved characters and story in a better way. Thank you very much for your cooperation.

<Tomohiro Suzuki (Series Composition) comments
When I first read the original story, my impression was how delicate and gentle it was. I hope I can help deliver the same atmosphere and comfort that I felt. Director Saito and the rest of the wonderful staff are also pouring their love into this film, and I am sure that they will create the best possible images.

<Reiko Nagasawa (Character Designer) comments
Since there are many fascinating characters appearing one after another in this work, I have designed each one with great care. As the chief animation director, I will do my best to create pictures that give the viewer a sense of the atmosphere of the original work.

<Evan Call (Music) commented: "I was very happy when I was asked to do the music for this project.
I was very happy when I was asked to do the music. When I read the original story, I found that it had all the elements I liked, and I imagined the music as I read it. The story of Freelen tugged at my heartstrings again and again, even after I started writing the music. I am very much looking forward to sharing my music with you along with this wonderful story. Please look forward to it!
