Ajipon Ramen, an unexpected collaboration between Mitsukan Ajipon and Menya Musashi, will be available in limited quantities from tomorrow, March 10 (Friday) through Friday, March 31 (Friday). The store where it will be sold is "Menya Musashi Ganhora" in Akihabara.

The collaboration will be held at "Menya Musashi Iwatora," which will sell a limited quantity of "Ajipon Ramen" ramen using Mitsukan's "Ajipon," which has been loved for 58 years since its launch, from Friday, March 10 to Friday, March 31, with 20 servings per day.

The "Ajipon Ramen" is made with "Menya Musashi Iwatora's" special chicken and pork broth with back fat floating on top, seasoned only with Ajipon. Ajitama Ponzu", which is chicken thigh meat stewed in Ajipon and Menya Musashi's chashu sauce, as well as Chinese cabbage, bean sprouts, potherb mustard, and tofu cooked in dashi broth.

Ajipon ramen can be enjoyed twice by adding "Jungenmai Kurozu Rayu" (pure rice black vinegar) to change the flavor. In addition, to commemorate the collaboration, "Ajipon Ramen" comes with a bottle of "Ponzu Sour" sake. The "Ponzu Sour" is also available in non-alcoholic beverages.


In addition, a "Ajipon strap" will be offered to those who order the "Ajipon Ramen" from the collaboration menu at "Menya Musashi Iwatora" as an on-the-spot gift.
