The soba restaurant Tsutsumi will close on Friday, April 28. The location is along Seibi Street where the ramen restaurant "Akihabara Menya Musashi Takehito" is located. It is located on Kiyomi-dori where the ramen restaurant "Tokyo Style Noodle Hotate Biyori" is located.

Tsutsuumi Soba Restaurant and Drinking Place offers freshly milled, freshly pounded, and freshly boiled juwari soba (buckwheat noodles) made from homemade stone ground flour and homemade noodles. In the evening, the restaurant offers an izakaya (Japanese-style bar) menu featuring smoked duck, tempura, and other fried dishes, as well as sashimi and other snacks to enjoy with alcoholic beverages. The restaurant has been in business since April 2012, and in May 2015, it moved from its current location at Tokyo Style Noodle Hotate Biyori to its current location next door, but on Friday, April 28, it will close after 11 years in business.
