REVENGER

This is a historical drama anime set in Nagasaki, which is different from the history we know, probably around the Edo period (it has not been clarified). Former Satsuma clan samurai Raizo Hurima, played by Jun Kasama, is suddenly doomed to a tragic fate from the very first episode. From the moment I saw this first episode, I loved this work very much.

This work was planned by Nitroplus and Shochiku, a tag team that is a combination of two of my favorite things, as I love historical stories and stories that depict the subtleties of the characters' hearts. The animation was produced by Ajia-do, famous for "Nintama Rantaro", "Kaiketsu Zorori" and recently "Kakushigoto". This team is also known for their excellent work in animation. I also felt that director Masaya Fujimori's skill shines through in the camera work, direction, and other areas.

As I mentioned at the beginning of the film, the story is set in Nagasaki, which is a different place from the history we know. However, there are of course many names and things that we are familiar with. Shochiku, a company that specializes in period dramas, has incorporated a lot of research and settings based on historical backgrounds, and the characters are full of charm in every word they say.

What is depicted here is a "new period drama" by Nitroplus, or rather, a wonderful "new period drama" that plumb the depths of the human psyche in a fleeting way that makes the viewer wonder if such a thing could really have happened. The stories are all available at .......

And the thing that really stuck out to me personally was the musical accompaniment.

Jun Futama's music, while respectful of Japanese instruments, is incredibly vivid and vivid in the tricky, bewitching, and eerie world of "REVENGER".

I also really liked the mix of various music genres, probably due to the fact that it is set in Nagasaki, a city where people of various races come and go.

The cast members were all into each other in the best possible way. The voice actors who played the members of the "Revenger," who receive requests for "convenience" through the "grudge bite koban," were charming, and their performances were superb, both in the way they stood up for the individual members, who are all very talented, and when they were talking as a team. Both of their performances were excellent, both when they were standing up for the individual members and when they were conversing as a team.

The main character, Raizo Kurima, played by Jun Kasama, is a former samurai of the Satsuma clan and a master of swordsmanship, so his enthusiastic calls were simply amazing. I think those are the unique monkey shouts of the Jigen-ryu style, but they are so detailed that it is very enjoyable to watch. Not only the visuals, but also the roar and the spirit that comes through, especially in the first episode. The way Kasama's voice sounded was absolutely fantastic.

Yuichiro Umehara's portrayal of the leader, Yuen Usui, was impressive in his calmness and strong faith, but also in the way he seemed to be hiding a secret. On the other hand, when he fights, his calm and collected demeanor makes him dependable, and his performance as a true leader was excellent. His voice is the only thing that keeps everyone in the convenience store calm in any situation, and it's understandable. Killing an opponent with gold leaf is also very cool. It's a technique that could only be done in anime, and he's a stylish worker!

Nioh is played by Hisako Kanemoto! My first impression was that she might be a very difficult character to play. I thought he would be very difficult to play, because he has no empathy for other people. I was wondering if he had a past, but in the 5th episode, he showed us his past in a very painful way, but still carefully showed us his heart, which made me like him very much. Kanemoto's performance really shined in this episode! Also, he is fiercely cute and cool! The style of killing the opponent with a kite string is also very stylish and fits with the character of gregory! He was a really good character.

Next up was Shunsuke Takeuchi, who plays the role of Tetsuba Murakami! The character is a real "break! He is a real "Hi-Hat" guy. He is a town doctor whose weapon of choice is a huge bow, which he uses to shoot through entire buildings from a distance.

At first, I thought Tetsubashi was a reasonable person because he is a doctor, but as the story progressed, I began to wonder if he is also a person who is broken in some way.

Tetsubashi is a very dependable guy who often works with Usui and Nicoichi, in a sub-leader position. When he gets serious, I loved the way his whole body turns red and sweats like steam because of the fever!

Soji is played by Shota Hayama! I liked the character so much! As you will see when you watch the story, he seems like a very humane and nice adult boy, and personally, he is the revenger that I would want to rely on the most. I am sure that Hayama's performance makes me think so.

Soji fights using hanafuda (Japanese playing cards), and I really liked his sensitive fighting style, which is contrary to his character! I think many of you may be tempted to talk a lot about Soji.

You never know who is in a state to kill who and when. Is that person really an ally or an enemy? ...... In addition to the main characters, there are many other such fascinating characters. Isarizawa, Kano, and Sada were all very good characters, and Shishido was a character that made me feel a mixture of hatred and love.

There is a Chinese man named Liu, played by Daisuke Hirakawa (in the film, he appears in Tangjin Street). Too natural.

I would like to talk about the story as well, since it seems like I am going to end up just talking about the characters. ......

First of all, I think the script was so wonderful! The conversational drama is so amazing. When I imagine what it would be like if that person said this to me (......), I can feel the words entering my mind and hitting me hard. There are so many great lines in the play. The script by Nitroplus, including Gen Urobuchi, really gave me goosebumps.

The action scenes are also dynamic, stylish, and bold. As a fan of battle stories, I was very satisfied.

I hope you all will give it a try!

I'm in the devil! Iruma-kun (3rd series)

After all, "Iruma-kun" cannot be missed!

The third series was great, skipping from the first episode. It would be nice to have a school full of students with such flamboyant and peculiar habits. It's just like the devil himself! All of them are the main characters!

The third series focused mainly on the "Harvest Festival Arc," but what I personally loved was the training of Bachiko and Iruma. I think the charm of the third series is that it changes from the previous season and becomes more like a shonen manga! Junko Takeuchi's performance as Bachiko was also very hachazard and good. I felt that she was really charmed by Iruma-kun, and in the scene where she admits that Iruma-kun is her disciple, I thought, "Iruma-kun is the real little devil.

The scene where Iruma-kun holds up the bow to save Clara was also very cool!

I also liked the way all the classmates used their family abilities and became aware of each other as rivals, which also exploded with their individual personalities! I laughed out loud at the pressure of Orobas Koko's voice. Hiroki Yasumoto's acting and the pressure of his voice were so perfectly matched that it was the funniest part of the show!

The "Harvest Festival Arc" is characterized by various changes in the timeline. There is also an element of mystery, and I was even more thrilled to see the anime unfold in a way that perfectly matched the abilities of each character and the time line!

The representative of this was Schneider. The anime is even more exciting because of the way the characters' abilities and timelines are perfectly matched! I would normally think, "Wow, that's cheating. !!!!!!." But that's just in the human world. In the demon world, demons have their own way of being cool and fighting. Everything is very devilish. I felt while watching that the Harvest Festival is the one where that is portrayed in a very cool way.

In other words, the charm of the work "Demon Iruma-kun! I personally felt strongly that the charm of the work "Iruma-kun" is especially conveyed in the third series.

I really can't begin to list all the demons I like about this work.

In the last episode, when Sullivan talks with Bachiko, he says something very important without hesitation, which I thought was "as expected of Sullivan. The way he said "Iruma-kun" is just great!

How nice of Asmodeus Amurillis, Azuaz's mother, to say "Iruma-kun! Iruma-kun is a human being, so he often struggles and worries about his way of thinking and relationship with his friends in living in the demon world. In such a situation, the scene where Mr. Amuriris teaches him "what a friend is" really touched my heart.

I think the third series was a wonderful series, consistently revealing little by little the way of thinking and living of each Abnormal Class member. I can't wait to watch the fourth series!

Personally, I really like the episode about Mr. Poulson, so I'm looking forward to that! I am sure I will have many thoughts about the "Music Festival Arc" that will be depicted after this again.

So, I hope you all will watch "Maji Iruma-kun! Iruma-kun"!

Big brother is over!

A work of genius is exactly what this work is. I will forever be proud that I was able to watch this anime on my rear tie.

Oh, ......, such a great work of art was created just now. It's been a long time since I had a moment ...... to feel happy to be alive in this time.

This is what was on my mind when the first episode aired. First of all, I wanted to express my tremendous gratitude to the cast and staff.

That ED in episode 12 also made me cry. It's not fair.

Such "Big brother is over! is a work that depicts the daily lives of the characters, so the camera work and the use of space were absolutely wonderful.

Since this is a work that depicts the daily lives of the characters, it depicts environments that are familiar to us, such as our homes, schools, and bookstores, but the exquisite space between animation and reality was depicted with such wonderful drawing and camera work that I found myself clapping in front of the TV.

Except for the scenes mentioned above, every single scene was attacked with the best balance of extraordinary drawing, movement, and direction. In particular, the subtle atmosphere of Mahiro's slight fidgeting when all the characters are in a drawn scene made me feel as if I was watching their daily lives, and I thought it was truly divine.

I also thought the animation of the OP and ED were really wonderful. Animator Akio Watanabe's animation of Mahiro and Mihari's movements, dances, and facial expressions ...... were all top notch.

I felt like I could feel the passion of the staff and the cast as well as the animation.

Let me tell you a little bit about the story part.

Mahiro is an older brother who is turned into a woman by a medicine developed by his younger sister, Mihari. This leads to the depiction of the sister's compassion for her reclusive brother, the exchange of feelings with each of her school friends, and the importance of compassion and friends.

Among them, the younger sister, Mihiri, who suddenly appears, and her classmate, Kaede, who is a very caring big sister gal - I personally liked her very much because her goddess-like feeling was a very nice spice.

Being a girl, she realizes things that she had been avoiding or not doing until now, thanks to Mihari-chan, and also develops feelings and awareness as a big brother to Mihari-chan. ...... I was like, "Big brother, you're done!" is also such a story of siblings (sisters), isn't it?

Every episode hit all the right spots, so I really appreciated every episode.

In particular, episode 12 was an episode that filled me with various feelings as I watched it, as the trip to a hot spring looked really fun.

In addition, there were many other scenes that made me think how hard it is to be a girl (......). At the same time, there were many scenes that made me feel like I was having fun: ....... It is a genius work - a true TS work.

The drawings are wonderful. Great performances by all the voice actors. It's been a while since I've seen a work that made me feel like I've been shot through in every way. Is this work really "over" after 12 episodes? I really want to see the second season of this work.

Thank you very much!
