Amusement Facility "GiGO Akihabara No. 2" Grand Opening on April 28!　Former site of "SEGA Akihabara No. 2

The amusement facility "GiGO Akihabara No. 2" is scheduled to have its grand opening on Friday, April 28. The location is along Chuo-dori Avenue, near the Manyobashi intersection. It is located on the 1st and 2nd floors of the Handa Building, which houses the Karaoke Maneki Neko Akihabara Denkigai Exit Store on the 3rd through 7th floors, which opened in December 2022.

The GiGO Akihabara No. 2 building will feature a crane game and capsule toy vending machine on the first floor, and a "GiGO Collaboration Cafe Stand" on the second floor, which will offer original drinks inspired by popular characters.

The store will also reopen on the 1st and 2nd floors of the same building as SEGA Akihabara No. 2 (Akihabara GiGO), which closed on August 30, 2020, thus reviving the "Akihabara No. 2" name.

In addition, to commemorate the opening, a campaign is scheduled to be conducted in which "old and new GiGO logo acrylic key holders" will be given away for completing the stamp rally for the town's "Akiko" coin. The date, time, and details of the distribution will be announced on the store's Twitter. The number of items will be limited and will end as soon as they are gone.


The nearby stores "GiGO Akihabara No. 1, No. 3, and No. 5" are also in operation.
