2019 Winter Anime "The Promise of Neverland" will start airing on January 10 next year! Episode 1 will be available on Amazon Prime Video!
The key visual from the TV anime "Yakusoku no Neverland," which will begin airing in January 2019, has been revealed. Detailed broadcast information has also been revealed.
Yakusoku no Neverland" is an anime based on the popular manga series in "Weekly Shonen Jump" (published by Shueisha), written by Kaiu Shirai and drawn by Posuka Demizu. It has sold more than 5 million copies worldwide and won second place in the Comics Division of the 3rd "Next Comic Award" and first place in Takarajimasya's "This Manga is Amazing! The TV anime depicts the popular episode of the original story, the escape from Grace Field House (GF House).
Directed by Mamoru Kobe, the director of the series "Everything Becomes F: The Perfect Insider" and "Kimi to Boku. series; series composition by Toshiya Ohno of "Blue Exorcist: Kyoto Jouou-ou-hen" and "Zenchi ga F ni naru: The Perfect Insider"; character design by Mamoru Kobe of "Magical Girl: Forget About Magical Girls" and "Yamanosume. Kazuaki Shimada of "Yamanosume" and Takahiro Obata of "Boku no Hero Academia" and the drama "Kakama ni Kimano Kimyou wo Kurezumeshimasu" will provide the music. Animation production will be handled by CloverWorks of "Darling in the Frankis" and "PERSONA5 the Animation".

The key visual was drawn by Kazuaki Shimada, a character designer, based on the original composition by Posuka Demizu, who is in charge of the original story and drawing.
Broadcasting will begin on January 10, 2019 on Thursdays at 24:55 on Fuji Television's "Noitamina" and other stations. The first episode will be available on Amazon Prime Video at 24:00 on January 9 (Wed.), the day before the broadcast.
