Blue Bottle Coffee Kanda-Mansebashi Cafe, the first cafe specializing in takeout, will open at March Ecute Kanda-Mansebashi on December 7 (Fri.).
The location is near Bansebashi Bridge. The location is near Mansebashi, in March Ecute Kanda-Mansebashi S3.
Blue Bottle Coffee uses freshly roasted coffee beans from its own roastery and carefully brews each cup upon order.
Since its establishment in California, U.S.A. in 2002, Blue Bottle Coffee has been providing coffee that thoroughly pursues deliciousness, based on the beliefs of deliciousness, hospitality, and sustainability. By opening cafes only in areas where they can deliver freshly roasted coffee from their own roastery, they are able to sell aged coffee beans at the peak of their deliciousness. The company now has 64 locations (as of November 22, 2018) in San Francisco, New York, Los Angeles, Washington D.C., Miami, Boston, Tokyo, Kyoto, and Kobe.
In addition, a special event will be held at the Blue Bottle Coffee Kanda Bansebashi Cafe to coincide with the opening. The event details are as follows.

To celebrate the opening of the Kanda-Mansebashi Cafe, a pre-opening will be held on December 6, 2018 (Thursday) for the general public, nearby residents, and related parties. We will be serving coffee and pastries, so please come and visit us.

Blue Bottle Coffee × Katane Bakery Pre-opening special event! Freshly baked bread for sale
To celebrate the opening of the Kanda Mansebashi Cafe, the popular Katane Bakery in Yoyogi Uehara will sell three kinds of freshly baked bread (croissant, pain au chocolat, and olive cheese ciabatta developed especially for Blue Bottle Coffee) on December 6, 2018 (Thursday), the pre-opening day.

Meet Michael Phillips, World Barista Competition Champion!
Michael Phillips, the 2010 World Barista Champion and current Director of Café Experiences at Blue Bottle Coffee, will be visiting Japan to serve coffee at Kanda Bansebashi Café from December 8 (Sat) to 9 (Sun), 2018. If you would like to have a cup of coffee and ask questions directly, please come to the Kanda-Mansebashi Cafe.
