Selection screenings of "Kid the Phantom Thief" will be held for four consecutive weeks in February next year! Kappei Yamaguchi, who plays Kid the Phantom Thief, will take the stage at the event.

Ahead of the 23rd theatrical version of "Detective Conan: Fist of Dark Blue" to be released on April 12, 2019 (Friday), "Jewel Night of Phantom Thief Kid," a special screening of selected episodes of "Phantom Thief Kid" from the TV anime, will be held for four consecutive weeks in February next year. The event will be held on February 9 (Feb. 9).

This event will be held at theaters in 15 cities across Japan starting with Ikebukuro HUMAX Cinemas on February 9 (Sat), 14 (Thu), 21 (Thu), and 28 (Thu). The episodes to be screened will differ for each of the four nights and will be revealed on the day of the screening. Screening time is approximately 110 minutes. In addition, Kappei Yamaguchi, who plays the Phantom Thief Kid, will be on stage at Ikebukuro HUMAX Cinemas on the first night.

Mr. Yamaguchi said of the event, "Detective Conan has a long history, but this is the first time that a screening event like this will focus on "Phantom Thief Kid! I hope that Conan fans will enjoy this event! I hope it will be an event that Conan fans can enjoy!

In addition, the screening theaters will be offering special admission privileges only available at the venue, as well as advance sales of goods newly drawn by "Kid the Phantom Thief". We hope you will enjoy the famous scenes of "Phantom Thief Kid" from the TV series on the screen.
