Super Smash Bros. SPECIAL" to be released today, December 7; first additional content is "Persona 5" Joker! A PV announcing his participation in the game has also been released.

Nintendo announced today, December 7 (December 6 local time), at The Game Awards 2018 gaming event held in the United States, that the first additional content scheduled for future distribution in Super Smash Bros. SPECIAL for Nintendo Switch, released today, will feature the Joker, the main character from "Persona 5," will join the game as a new fighter.

Super Smash Bros. SPECIAL" is the latest title in the "Smash Bros." series, which features Mario, Pikachu, and other characters from Nintendo games.

More than 70 fighters, including Mario, Link, Donkey Kong, Ice Climber, Snake, Ryu and Cloud from DLC, as well as new fighters, have joined the series. In addition, the game features the largest number of stages in the series, as well as a variety of items with increased volume, all in the largest volume in Smash Bros. history.
