Square Enix has released the opening theme "Face My Fears" for "KINGDOM HEARTS III" for PS4/Xbox One, scheduled for release on January 25, 2019 (Friday).

In addition, a trailer using the opening movie of this title has been released.

KINGDOM HEARTS III" is the latest in the "Kingdom Hearts" series, which takes place in the Disney world. The new game has been scaled up to a more spectacular worldview with the addition of new worlds such as Pixar. A single containing the opening theme "Face My Fears" and the ending theme "Oath" as well as English versions of each will be released on January 18, 2019!
The title of the single is "Face My Fears". It will include the "KINGDOM HEARTS Ⅲ" ending theme "Oath" and its English version "Don't Think Twice", and the opening theme "Face My Fears (Japanese Version)" and its English version "Face My Fears (English Version)". FaceMy Fears (English Version)", the opening theme. Except for "Oath," which was included on the previously released album "Hatsukoi," all of the songs are included for the first time. It has been 11 years since Hikaru Utada released her first single CD, "Prisoner Of Love," in May 2008.

＜Story
One day, a boy named Sora receives a key-shaped sword called "Keyblade" and sets off on a journey with Donald and Goofy under the command of the King (Mickey) to bring back his best friends, Riku and Kairi, who have been separated. In order to save the world, they need to unlock the key from both the world of light and the world of darkness, and their best friend Riku chooses to stay in the world of darkness.
The "XIII Organization," an organization that is active in the world of darkness, has the "Keyblade" necessary to complete "Kingdom Hearts," which is said to be the heart of the world and a collection of human hearts. The "XIII Agency" organization has repeatedly stood in the way of Sora, who possesses the "Keyblade," which is necessary to complete "Kingdom Hearts," a collection of the world's hearts and human minds.

When Sora and his friends learn that the previous battles over "Kingdom Hearts" were being fought at the behest of Master Zearnoth, who is planning to start a Keyblade War, they try to assemble seven guardians of light to fight against the darkness.
The King and Riku begin to search for the whereabouts of the past Keyblade wielders, and Sora, Donald, and Goofy once again travel through the various Disney worlds in order to regain the "power of awakening.
