The special animation "Baby I love you, man" produced to commemorate the 70th anniversary of Lotte Corporation was released on the special website today, December 12, 2018 (Wednesday) at 4:00 pm.

This work was planned and produced by Genki Kawamura, the director of "Wolf Children" and "Kimi no na wa. and "Heart Catch Pretty Cure! A Fashion Show in the City of Flowers...? and "Bloodline", and character design by Yumi Hayashi of "Dragon Ball", "One Piece", "Pretty Cure" series, etc. The film is colored by a new song "Shinsekai" written by "BUMP OF CHIKEN".

The full version of the video, which runs approximately 3 minutes and 45 seconds, features various Lotte snacks personified in the video.

I had a lot of fun during the recording, sampling not only instruments but also paper guns, shoes, and other sounds to create the rhythm track. It was my first collaboration with director Matsumoto in a long time, so I was excited to see how the video would turn out.

Impressions after watching the finished film
I was very happy to see the characters, who are personifications of various familiar sweets, singing and dancing to our music. I am curious to see how their story will continue. It was great!
