The comic adaptation of "Egaonodaika," a new original animation project for Tatsunoko Productions' 55th anniversary that will begin airing in January 2019, has been decided.

Egaonodaika" is a new original animation project for the 55th anniversary of Tatsunoko Productions, which has produced "Time Bokan: The Three Villains Attack" and "Infini-T Force". The talented production team includes Toshimasa Suzuki, director of "Rinne no Lagrange," Naoto Nakamura, character designer for "High School Fleet," and Shinichi Inozume of "PERSONA5 the Animation" fame as series composition. The story centers on two heroines in completely different positions, and tells the story of two people who were never meant to meet until their "smiles" overlap.

Comicalization will be serialized in "Manga Kingdom" from January 10, 2019. The title is "Egaonodaika Emotional side" and Akira Iwaya will be in charge of drawing.

The anime will be broadcast on AT-X from 24:30 every Tuesday, January 8 (Tue) and on J:COM TV from 22:30 every Wednesday, January 9 (Wed).
