Burabura Akihabara, a restaurant specializing in oil soba, will open on Wednesday, December 19, 2012.
The location is on Parts Dori. It is located on the first floor of the business hotel "APA Hotel Akihabara Station Electric Town Exit," on the former site of "Canyon City Steak House," which closed on December 9.

Burabura, a restaurant specializing in aburasoba, offers aburasoba with special attention paid to the noodles and oil. The restaurant serves aburasoba with special Chinese noodles that have been made using the same method for more than 50 years, combined with a secret recipe of richly flavored kaeshi made from bonito karebushi (dried bonito flakes) and special oil blended with several kinds of high-grade oils.

In celebration of the opening on December 19 and 20, the restaurant will be running a special campaign offering 500 yen for "Aburasoba," "Shio Aburasoba," and "Spicy Salt Aburasoba" (medium, large, and extra large portions).
