Mamoru Miyano to be a store manager of animate! He will appear in a TV drama for the first time in about 10 years in the drama "Yubiya wa fune shimashita shimashita ne"!

Mamoru Miyano will appear in the MBS/TBS Drama-ism "Yubee wa Fun Datte," which will begin airing in January 2019, as the manager of an animated store.

The drama "Yubee wa Fun Datta desu Shitasane" is a live-action adaptation of Renjuro Kanedaichi's eponymous manga (published in "Young Gangan" Square Enix), which is based on the hit online game "Dragon Quest X".
It stars Tsubasa Honda, who is a "serious" Dragon Quest X player himself, and Amane Okayama, a hot young actor, and portrays a man and a woman who meet through the game and start living together by chance.

The drama will begin airing in January on the MBS/TBS Drama-ism channel, and will be available exclusively on U-NEXT from January 9 (Wed.) for missed episodes. In addition, U-NEXT has decided to produce an original episode, "Gaiden," which will be available only on U-NEXT.
