SEE releases "Dragon Quest Builders World Heritage," a video celebrating the launch of Dragon Quest Builders 2!

To celebrate the release of "Dragon Quest Builders 2: Shido the Destroyer and the Empty Island" for PS4 (Square Enix Co., Ltd.), Sony Interactive Entertainment (SEA) has released a promotional video "Dragon Quest Builders World Heritage" featuring many famous buildings actually created by users of the previous title "Dragon Quest Builders: Resurrect Alefgarde! The promotional video "Dragon Quest Builders: World Heritage" features many famous buildings that were actually built by users of the previous "Dragon Quest Builders: Resurrect Alefgarde" game.

Dragon Quest Builders 2: Shido the Destroyer and the Island of Emptiness" is the latest title in the "Dragon Quest Builders" series, a block-make RPG in which players weave a story through the power of "monozukuri" (building) in a world made of "blocks. Set in a world after "Dragon Quest II: Gods of Evil Spirits," players will weave their own stories with the power of "monozukuri" (building things) as they aim to become full-fledged builders. In addition to the "Monozukuri" element, which has been greatly improved from the previous title, the system also features "multiplayer" play for up to four players. After the release of the main game, additional downloadable content will be available for a fee.

The numerous buildings made of "blocks" shown in the promotional video are so impressive that they look as if they could actually be registered as World Heritage sites.

In "Dragon Quest Builders 2: Shido the Destroyer and the Empty Island," where you can enjoy the greatly evolved "Monozukuri" (building things), why not try creating new masterpieces of architecture that will rival the masterpieces of the previous title?

■"Dragon Quest Builders World Heritage" Video Content
Numerous masterpieces of architecture created with "blocks" by actual users in the free build mode of the previous "Dragon Quest Builders: Resurrect Alefgarde" are featured. A huge castle on a ship, a luxurious casino, a palatial building, etc., all are wonderfully crafted structures that look like they could be registered as actual World Heritage sites.

In the second half of the video, the giant PlayStation 4 and DUALSHOCK 4 created in the current "Dragon Quest Builders 2: Shido the Destroyer and the Empty Island" are shown. These were created to take advantage of the more flexible features of this title, such as support for a multiplayer function that allows up to four players to play cooperatively, and the ability to pack blocks approximately three times as tall as those in the previous title.
