BD & DVD of the TV anime "Hataraku Cell" special edition "Cold Syndrome" will be released in March next year! Information on special features also released!

The Blu-ray and DVD of the TV anime "Hataraku Cell" Special Edition "Cold Syndrome," which will air today, Wednesday, March 26 at 24:30, will be released on Wednesday, March 27, 2019.

The TV anime will be broadcast from July 2018. Directed by Kenichi Suzuki, who has previously worked on "DRIFTERS" and "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure," the main staff includes series composition by Yuko Kakihara ("Tsuki ga Kirei," "Chihayafuru"), character design by Takahiko Yoshida ("Okiku Furikabutte," "Wimushi Pedal"), music by Kenichiro Suehiro The animation production team is composed of talented staff including "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure," "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure," "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure," and "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. Animation production will be handled by david production, which produced "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure" and "Yoku x Boku SS" as well as a special animation film released in July 2017 to commemorate the release of the fifth volume of the original comic.

The limited edition Blu-ray and DVD of the special "Cold Syndrome" Blu-ray and DVD will include a digital jacket newly drawn by Takahiko Yoshida, character designer, as well as an audio commentary by the staff and cast. It will also include an original drama CD and other luxurious extras.

The Blu-ray and DVD of the stage play "Hataraku Seibutsu Gekijou 'Hataraku Seibutsu'", which will also be released on March 27, 2019 (Wednesday), will be available for purchase in conjunction with the Blu-ray and DVD. Please check it out as well.

＜Synopsis
A mysterious cell wearing a nice hat appears in front of the general cellular worker who is tired of repeating the same tasks every day. The cell invites him to play a trick on killer T cells and white blood cells (neutrophils).
