AC/PC "GROOVE COASTER" to collaborate with popular music game "Arcaea! Mutual distribution of original music from January 9

Taito announced that its arcade/PC (STEAM) music game "Groove Coaster" and "Arcaea," a music game app for iOS/Android provided by the British company lowiro, will collaborate mainly through the mutual distribution of original music.

GROOVE COASTER" is a music game for smartphones with a cool worldview and a roller coaster-like sense of speed. The latest version of the application, "GROOVE COASTER 2 ORIGINAL STYLE," has been downloaded more than 4 million times worldwide and boasts a high level of popularity.

In 2013, the game was adapted for arcades as part of the "Space Invaders 35th Anniversary Project. The latest version, "GROOVE COASTER 4 Starlight Road," is now available at amusement arcades nationwide, and "GROOVE COASTER for STEAM" has been distributed on the PC game platform Steam since July 17, 2018.

This time, this work and "Arcaea," a music game app for smartphones, have decided to collaborate mainly on the mutual distribution of original music!

The popular songs included in "Groove Coaster" from "Arcaea" are 4 songs by composers HiTECH NINJA, ak+q, PSYQUI, and ETIA. The arcade version will be available on January 9 (Wed.), and the STEAM version on January 10 (Thu.).
