Box-office sales and scene photos from the movie "Kishibe Rohan Goes to the Louvre," based on Hirohiko Araki's original story, which is currently showing as a blockbuster hit.

The masterpiece spin-off "Kishibe Rohan Goes to the Louvre" was created from Hirohiko Araki's very popular comic "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. Popular manga artist Rohan Kishibe, equipped with the special ability "Heaven's Door," which allows him to turn opponents into books, read their backgrounds and secrets, and even write down instructions, confronts bizarre incidents.


The drama adaptation, starring Issei Takahashi, will air for a third season starting in December 2020. It also won the Galaxy Award in the TV category for January 2021 (Monthly Award).

From May 26, 2023, the movie "Kishibe Rohan Goes to the Louvre" will be screened on 272 screens nationwide. This popular episode, which takes place at the Louvre Museum in France, is a superb suspense depicting Rohan Kishibe's greatest incident.


The film has been in theaters for three days from May 26 (Fri.) to 28 (Sun.), drawing 220,000 moviegoers and grossing 314 million yen. It was the No. 1 Japanese film in the weekend box-office ranking, and new scene photos were also released.

Five [scene photos] that foreshadow the shocking secret hidden in the dark side of the Louvre have been released!

Popular manga artist Rohan Kishibe (played by Issei Takahashi) and his editor Izumi (played by Mariya Iide) visit the Louvre in search of a clue to the "blackest and most evil painting in the world" that will trigger the "biggest incident involving Rohan Kishibe. Kyoka (played by Marie Iide), the editor in charge of the manga, gets caught up in a horrifying and bizarre incident caused by the "black painting".


They are joined by museum employee Emma Noguchi (played by Minami) and Oriental art specialist Ryunosuke Tatsumi (played by Masanobu Ando), who are on the case. They discover that the "black painting" was stored in an underground warehouse called "Z-13 Warehouse," which is no longer in use.


Amidst a sense of foreboding, a series of unexplainable incidents occur, tearing apart the Louvre's most beautiful space. As if to symbolize the line "...this is not a museum that man can handle," the Louvre Museum ...... casts a shadow.

Rohan stands there with a mysterious look on his face, and Rohan and Kyoka, relying on the light of their flashlights, move deeper into the dark and unsettling "Z-13 warehouse," foreshadowing the terrifying situation that awaits them.


Then there is the scene where a man collapses on the grand staircase in front of the statue of Nike of Samothrace, shocking everyone, and Rohan's face and clothes are bathed in jet-black dye, his face and clothes covered in a look of astonishment. The film shows Rohan's group being led into a bizarre incident that makes them shudder the closer they get to the truth.

<Story
Rohan Kishibe, a manga artist with special powers, hears a rumor about the "blackest picture" in the world from a woman he had a crush on in his youth. It was the blackest and the most evil picture in the world. Time passes, and in the process of writing a new work, Rohan learns that the painting is in the collection of the Louvre Museum. However, strangely enough, not even the museum staff knew of the existence of the "Black Paintings," and the storage location found in the database was the "Z-13 Warehouse," an underground warehouse that should no longer be in use.
