Anime "Valkyrie the Valkyrie of the End II" will start the second part <Shaka Battle> in July! Introducing Beelzebub (CV: Daisuke Namikawa) and other new characters!

A new key visual and three new characters and cast members have been revealed from the anime "Valkyrie the Valkyrie of the End II.

Valkyrie of the End" (drawing: Ajichika, original story: Shinya Umemura, story: Takumi Fukui), which began serialization in "Monthly Comic Zenon" in 2017 and has sold more than 14 million copies in total. It depicts the 13th game of the tie-match between the representatives of the gods of the world vs. the representatives of mankind.

The first and second seasons (first part) of the anime are currently being distributed on Netflix, and the series is gaining popularity, ranking in the top 10 weekly series in 47 countries and regions.

On July 12, 2023, the second part of "Valkyrie of the End II" (Battle of Shaka), episodes 11-15, will be available on Netflix. A new key visual depicting a scene from the heated battle between Shaka (CV. Yuichi Nakamura) and Leifuku (CV. Ayumi Murase) has been released.

In addition, new characters and cast members Hajun (CV: Toru Inada), Hades (CV: Ryutaro Okiayu), and Beelzebub (CV: Daisuke Namikawa) have been cast. Comments from the cast have also arrived.

Hajun, the Sixth Heavenly Demon King.
He is a legendary warrior who has lived in the underworld of Hellheim since time immemorial.

The eldest of the three most powerful brothers in Greece, Hades is the absolute king who rules the underworld.

Q1: What is your impression of this work?
Gods of mythology from around the world, heroes from across the ages.
All of them come together to fight in a war between gods and mankind.
What a magnificent and dreamy manga! I was captivated from the very first episode.

Q2: What are your impressions of the characters and your enthusiasm for the role?
As a secret character other than the other players in the lineup, I did my best to create a sense of mysteriousness and strength that was exceptional.
I was a fan of the original work, so I was always happy to be able to play the role and wanted to respond to the fans who were looking forward to it.

Ryutaro Okiayu (Hades)
Q1: What was your impression of this work?
There are many battle manga, but a confrontation between a god and a human is quite new, and it was refreshing to see it take place in an arena with an audience watching.

Q2: What was your impression of the character and your enthusiasm for the role?
I didn't get a chance to connect with him in the first audition, so I was able to get my revenge first. Now, Hades, the god of the underworld, I am sure I will win! No, I will win!

Daisuke Namikawa (Beelzebub)
Q1: What is your impression of this work?
It is truly a battle to the top! You can't get caught up in the battles! The battle is exciting! I have an image of the power of the battles. I am also impressed by the many familiar names in the film, so my own image of the film may be a spice of betrayal in a good way.

Q2: What is your impression of the character you play and your enthusiasm for the role?
Beelzebub. I got the impression that he is a rather complex character with a mixture of impulse and transience. The fact that I can't predict what is going to happen at all makes me feel excited about the role.
