Video footage and information on new characters and cast for the TV anime "Stardust Telepath" have been released.

Based on a four-frame manga serialized in "Manga Time Kirara" by Rasko Okuma, which was nominated for the "Next Coming Manga Award 2021". The TV anime is directed by Kaori-san, whose works include "The Bride of the Fifth Class" and "Yuyushiki".

The long-awaited video and new scene cuts are now available!

The TV anime "Stardust Telepath" is scheduled to air from October 2023. The teaser PV and new scene cuts depicting the beginning of the high school girls' coming-of-age story have been released this time.

Unable to find a place for herself on Earth, Kaika, a high school girl with a communication disorder, tries to find it in space, and Yu, an alien. The film shows a miraculous encounter that is sure to excite expectations.

The cast of Takaragi Haruno and Raimon Mabataki, who will build a rocket together and become friends aiming for space, has also been determined.

Two new characters and cast members have been decided!

The role of Haruno Takaragi will be played by Moe Nagamuta, who played Carly in "Valkyrie of the End II" and other roles. She says that she fell in love with Takaragi Haruno at first sight after reading the original work, and she is so happy that "I cried involuntarily when the role was decided".

The role of Shun Raimon will be played by Shiki Aoki, who has played Asuka Ninomiya in "THE IDOLM@STER CINDERELLA GIRLS" and Homura in "EDENS ZERO.

She said that Shun's personality is similar to her own, "a bit clumsy girl who is a loner and blunt," and that the original work "reminds me of my school days when I was devoted to club activities, so it was a nostalgic and touching work.

What did you think of the original work?
As a reader, I was cheering them on, saying "Go for it! and cheering them on, chuckling at the dialogue between the four, and even crying at times, the story is full of sparkling youth like a jewel.
I was drawn in instantly by the delicate expressions that accompanied the feelings of each of the characters. I am so happy to have been able to be a part of it!

About the character of Haruno Takaragi
Haruno is a kind and gentle girl who watches over everyone, but she also has her own problems and powerful side, and each time the story progresses, we see a new side of her.
In fact, I auditioned for the role because I fell in love with Haruno at first sight, so I took great care in playing the role so that I could express her charm.

Please tell us about your enthusiasm for the role.
It was the first anime role I auditioned for and the first time I was given a role with a name at the time.
I was so happy to be chosen that I cried uncontrollably. I wanted to grow together with Haruno so that I could make this wonderful work even more wonderful!

What would you like to say to your fans?
I hit a lot of walls, cried, and laughed. It is a story about Kaika and everyone else who grows up through rockets.
I was given a lot of courage by her dazzling and hard-working attitude. I hope I can be that kind of person for everyone who watches the show. Please watch over us until the end!

What is a "dream"?
Through the wishes of the girls, I think this work will make you think about your own way of being.
I read the book imagining that it would be a heartwarming lovey-dovey story with cute girls! But the story is a coming-of-age story in which the girls' passion for their dreams sometimes clashes with each other, but they also acknowledge each other and earnestly pursue their goals.
It is a nostalgic and touching story that reminds me of my school days when I used to devote myself to club activities in the distant past.

About the character Shun Raimon
Shun is a slightly clumsy girl whose hobby is making robots, and she is a loner with a blunt personality.
Her past and personality are a bit similar to my own, and I feel the most emotionally involved with her when I read the original work!
She is usually very strict, but when she touches something she likes, you will be knocked out by the gap between her personality and her cuteness!

Please tell us about your enthusiasm for the role.
When I received the audition and read the original story, Shun was the one I wanted to play the role of the most.
I remember that I was happy when I heard that I had been accepted, but at the same time I felt tremendous pressure because I love the character the most in Stardust Telepath.
I put my heart and soul into my performance, cherishing every word Shun's voice because it has a lot in common with my own!
I hope that my voice could be one of the many charms in her!

Through the recording, I felt the warm love for the work from the original author, Ms. Rasko Okuma, the director, and the rest of the staff.
