Summer Anime "Hataraku Maou-sama! 2nd Season, PV with theme song released! New cast members including Tomokazu Sugita are also confirmed!

TV anime "Hataraku Maou-sama! The theme song, PV, new characters and cast were revealed from the 2nd Season.

The original work (Dengeki Bunko) is a "commoner's fantasy of a freelancer demon king" written by Satoshi Wagahara, which was completed in volume 21 of the original work (Dengeki Bunko). The long-awaited second season of the TV anime was broadcast in July 2022.

On July 13, 2023 (Thursday), the TV anime "Hataraku Maou-sama! 2nd Season will start airing on TOKYO MX and other stations. The second season will be distributed exclusively on Disney Plus from 23:30 on the same day.

The latest key visual depicting Maoku, Emi, and Alas Ramus has been released.

The two theme songs are also unveiled in the PV: the cute ED theme by Liyuu depicts the daily life of Mutsu and her friends, while the fast-moving OP theme by nano.RIPE shows the two sides of Mutsu and her friends as they move toward a serious development that is at odds with their daily lives.
