What is "Piyorin"?

Piyorin" is a Nagoya specialty, a chick-shaped sweet that attracts people with its soft and fluffy appearance.

Pudding made with eggs from Nagoya Cochin, a local food of Aichi Prefecture, is wrapped in a bavarois with a rich vanilla flavor and covered with powdered sponge. The raw sweets are softly decorated in the shape of a "chick".

The soft, chick-like Piyorin is most easily broken on the way back to the station, making it a challenge to bring it back home,
