The first terrestrial TV special of "Jujutsu Kaisen 0 the Movie," which will be released in December 2021, will be broadcast on Wednesday, July 5 at 19:00 on 28 MBS/TBS networks nationwide, the night before the second TV anime season airs.

Jujutsu Kaisen" is serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" by Akutomi Shimoji. It will be adapted into a TV anime in October 2020, and will be called "Jujutsu Kaisen 0 the Movie". Kaisen 0" was released in theaters on December 24, the same day as the "final day of the Hyakki Yagyo" in the film, and was a worldwide box office hit, grossing more than 26.5 billion yen and drawing a cumulative worldwide audience of more than 20.51 million. Jujutsu Kaisen 0 the Movie", the first film adaptation of the "Jujutsu Kaisen 0 Tokyo Metropolitan College of Jujutsu", is a prequel to "Jujutsu Kaisen", one of the most popular stories in the existing book series, and was drawn by Akutomi Shimoda as a short serialization before the main story was published in the series. The film is an adaptation of "Jujutsu Kaisen 0: Tokyo Metropolitan College of Jujutsu High School. The film depicts a "story of love and curses" centering on the main character, a boy named Yuta Otokotsu, and his childhood friend Rika Prayer, who was involved in an accident and turned into a vengeful spirit.
