Wonder, the latest installment in the "Super Mario" series, was announced during Nintendo Direct 2023.6.21, broadcast late at night on June 21, 2023, for the Nintendo Switch, scheduled for release on Friday, October 20, 2023. The game will be released for the Nintendo Switch on October 20, 2023 (Friday).

Super Mario Bros. Wonder" is the first title in the side-scrolling action "Super Mario Bros." series in 11 years, since "New Super Mario Bros. Mario and his friends run through enemies and traps to reach the goal pole.

Touching the new "Wonder Flower" item boldly changes the play of the course.
