Sailor Moon Cosmos" OP video released! The 90's TV series' homage cut and the "Moonlight Legend" of the 5 Sailor Senshi are the highlight of the movie!

The opening image of the first part of the film version of "Sailor Moon Cosmos" and the third admission present have been released.

Sailor Moon" was serialized in "Nakayoshi" magazine until 1997, and even after the TV anime ended, the "Sailor Moon" series is still loved around the world. 2021 will see the "Dead Moon" version adapted into the movie "Sailor Moon Eternal".

On June 9, 2023, the film version of "Sailor Moon Cosmos" (Part 1), which depicts the final chapter of the series, "Shadow Galactica Arc," will open. The second part will be released on June 30.

The non-credit OP video of the theater version of "Sailor Moon Cosmos" (Part 1) uses "Moonlight Legend," the OP song from the 1992 TV anime "Sailor Moon," which captured the hearts of viewers at the time.

The video is a must-see for fans, with homages to the 90s TV anime series scattered throughout from the beginning, including Sailor Senshi in the spotlight, a cut of the Sailor Senshi flying off into the galaxy, and a retro cute shot of the five Sailor Senshi looking back at each other.

The video and music are both nostalgic and new at the same time, and the production team's attention to detail is evident in the finished product.

Non-Credit OP Video

The third installment of the "Part 1" five-week consecutive admission present has also been announced. The third gift will be a coaster newly drawn by Kazuko Tadano, the character designer, following the second gift.
