The second episode of thesummer anime"My Favorite Girl Forgot Her Glasses," which began airing on July 4, 2023 (Tuesday), has been released with a synopsis of the second episode and some advance scene cuts.

The manga "My Favorite Girl Forgot Her Glasses" (published in the monthly magazine "Gungan JOKER" by Square Enix) has been posted on Fujichika Koume's Twitter account since April 2018. The manga depicts a "zero-distance", muskyun episode between a natural girl who always forgets her glasses and a slightly reserved, goofy guy.

The second episode, which will air on July 11 (Tue.) at 11:00 p.m., has been announced in advance.

The title of the second episode is "Called by the Girl I Love. Komura-kun loves Mie, but their relationship is slowly progressing or not... Look forward to their mushy and sizzling interactions!

When we asked Shion Wakayama, who plays the role of Ai Mie, about the highlights of the show, she replied, "The cuteness of the two of them is on full display! Especially, their outing in part B is noteworthy. The part where Mie-san holds Komura-kun back and asks him, "...in a hurry? I hope you will look back at the part where Mie-san asks Komura-kun, "Are you in a hurry? I hope you will look back at those parts again," he said.

Masahiro Ito, who plays the role of Kaede Komura, was asked about his favorite part of the film: "The gap between Mie-san and Komura-kun when they are talking. I was very conscious of the way Komura-kun said, "I want to protect him for the rest of my life," and I changed his vocalization from that used in the conversation scenes. I was almost the first time to act in a role where I had to yell and strain my voice, so it was a new challenge for me. (Laughs) It was a new challenge for me." It turned out that the role was a new experience for them.

The two stars of "Favorite Mega," which is filled with their passion, is gaining momentum with each episode.

<Story
Komura-kun, a slightly shy junior high school boy, likes Mie-san, a girl sitting next to him who wears glasses.
He likes Mie, the girl next to him who wears a pair of glasses. I want to look into her beautiful eyes.
Although he was attracted to Mie-san with her mysterious charm, he spent his days without being able to talk to her.
Mie is a natural girl who always forgets to wear her glasses. Three days have passed since the class change. Komura-kun, who is now seated next to her, struggles to support Mie who is in trouble, but despite his feelings, he is too close to Mie who is trying hard to see something and he can't stop his heart from pounding...!
