[Official] Introduction of how to use "Pokémon Sleep

Catch a good sleep rhythm!

To play "Pokémon Sleep," simply place your smartphone under your pillow and go to sleep. Just by doing that, you will definitely look forward to waking up in the morning.

Use "Pokémon Sleep" to collect Pokémon's "sleeping faces" together with "Kabigon!
The adventure of "Pokémon Sleep" takes place on a small island somewhere in the world.
Together with the large Kabigon that lives on the island and Dr. Neroli, who researches Pokémon sleep, you will study the sleeping ecology of Pokémon. 2.

Aim to complete the "Pokémon Sleeping Face Book

Help Dr. Neroli, who is researching Pokémon sleeping ecology, to complete the "Pokémon Sleeping Faces Book.

Sleeping faces of Pokémon

Pokémon's sleeping faces are full of charm and individuality. Their ecology and characteristics can also be inferred.
Discovering which Pokémon are sleeping and what kind of sleeping faces they have every day adds a fun color to your morning.

3. How to play "Pokémon Sleep

Pokémon Sleep" measures sleep at night, researches Pokémon sleeping faces the next morning, and grows Kabigon during the day. The more well the user sleeps and the larger the Kabigon grows, the more likely the user is to encounter new Pokémon and discover new sleeping faces.

Night
Let's measure your sleep!

Place your smartphone or "Pokémon GO Plus +" under your pillow to measure your sleep.

In the morning
(1) "Sleep Research" when you wake up
After waking up, conduct "Sleep Research. After confirming the results of the sleep measurement, research the sleeping faces of the Pokémon gathered around Kabigon and register them in the Pokémon Sleeping Face Book.
The size of Kabigon's Sleep Power determines the number of Pokémon that gather around it.

Kabigon's Sleep Power

In Pokémon Sleep, Kabigon lives throughout the island, attracting Pokémon and luring them to sleep with its magical power called Nemuke Power.
The "Sleep Synchronizer," developed by Dr. Neroli to amplify Kabigon's Nemuke Power, synchronizes the user's sleep with that of Kabigon, attracting a variety of Pokémon to gather around Kabigon.
The strength of the Nemuke Power is determined daily by multiplying "Energy," which indicates how well Kabigon is growing, by the user's sleep time. The higher the Nemesis Power, the more Pokémon will gather around Kabigon, and the more unusual sleeping faces you may discover.

Three sleep types
Pokémon Sleep" classifies sleep types into three types: dozing type, sleeping type, and sleeping type, and classifies the user's sleep into one of these types. Pokémon with similar sleep patterns gather according to the user's sleep type.

(2) Let's make the gathered Pokémon your friends!
After researching sleeping faces, you can give Pokémon gathered here PokéSable. If you feed them PokéSable and they become friends, they will join your Pokémon as "OTEIDAI Pokémon.

LUNCH
(1) Grow your Kabigon and your Pokémon into a big Pokémon!
OTEIDAI Pokémon support Kabigon's development by picking up Berries and foodstuffs for Kabigon and by activating their skills.

Each Kabigon has its own preferences for Berries and foods. If you organize a team of Pokémon according to Kabigon's preferences, you can get more Energy.
Even if you do not play the game during the day, your Pokémon will pick up Berries and gather them for you.

(2) Cook for Kabigon and save even more Energy!
Kabigon can save even more Energy by eating food prepared with ingredients picked up by its Pokémon. You can cook three times a day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, so when you eat a meal, you can cook for Kabigon, too.

Every Monday, a new research begins!
Every Monday, users select a field to move to and begin sleep research while raising their newly encountered Kabigon. The Pokémon you can meet in each field are different, and as the day progresses from Tuesday to Wednesday, your Sleep Power accumulates. On weekends, there are chances for more and rarer Pokémon to come to sleep.

■"Social Research" to share sleep research with friends
When you register as a friend with someone other than yourself, you can experience a new way to share various information, including sleeping hours and sleep types, the number of sleeping faces you have researched, and the organization of your Pokémon.
You can also receive rewards for viewing your friends' sleep research.

4. be aware of the length and regularity of your sleep

Adequate sleep duration amplifies sleep power.
In Pokémon Sleep, the length of sleep is evaluated as a "sleep score," with a score of 100 for sleeping 8 hours and 30 minutes or more; the longer the sleep duration, the greater the Kabigon's sleep power. The higher the Nemesis Power, the more Pokémon gather and the more opportunities to join them.

Evaluating the regularity of sleep based on weekly measurements
Every week, the system evaluates the regularity of sleep, or sleep habits, based on the results of a week's worth of sleep measurements starting on Monday.
A function that supports regular sleep is the "Nemuri no Yakusoku," which sets a target time for going to bed. If the user goes to bed within the target time, a stamp is placed on a stamp card the following morning, and the user receives a reward.

The development of "Pokémon Sleep" was supervised by Dr. Masafumi Yanagisawa, a world-renowned authority on sleep. In the game and on the official "Pokémon Sleep" website, you can enjoy "Learn the latest science of sleep with Dr. Masafumi Yanagisawa! on the official "Pokémon Sleep" website and in the game.
