Distribution will begin on Netflix on Wednesday, July 26th! Summer Anime "Hanma Baki" 2nd season: Wild Man War Arc, non-credit opening video released!

The second season of the summer anime "Hanma Baki" (Gaiden Pickle + Wild Man War Arc) will begin distribution on Netflix on July 26, 2023 (Wednesday).

The original "Baki" series, serialized in "Weekly Shonen Champion," is based on the epic battle to the death between the youngest underground fighting champion, Baki Hanma, and his father, Yujiro Hanma, who is called the "strongest creature on earth. This popular fighting manga has sold more than 85 million copies in total. The first season of the "Hanma Baki" anime is being distributed exclusively worldwide on Netflix.

The second season of the "Hanma Baki" anime will feature a fierce battle with the ancient wildling Pickle, and finally the strongest fight on earth between father Yujiro Hanma, who is called the strongest creature on earth, and Baki, the strongest father and son on earth.
The second season will be distributed exclusively on Netflix from July 26th (Wed) for the "Gaiten Pickle + Wild Man War" episode and from August 24th (Thu) for the "The Strongest Family Fight on Earth" episode.

The non-credit opening video of "The Beast" written by Wagakushi Band for this work was released prior to the distribution of "Gaiden Pickle + Wild Man War Arc" on July 26. It will be released at the length of the anime ver.

The song "The Beast," which is filled with ethnic music elements, Japanese instruments, and rock music, foreshadows a fierce battle with Pickle, a wild man from ancient times who has risen from the rock salt layer.
The lyrics of the song are in line with the storyline depicted in the "Hanma Baki" Wild Man War Arc, and we hope you will watch it over and over again, along with the video depicting the strong warriors who challenge Pickle.

The "Gaiten Pickle + Wild Man War" will be available exclusively on Netflix on July 26th (Wed.)!

<Synopsis
