It has been announced that the third season of "YuruCan△" will be broadcast in 2024 and will be titled "YuruCan△ SEASON3" (TV anime). It was also announced that Eight Bit will be in charge of animation production.

YuruCan△," which depicts the outdoor life of high school girls in Yamanashi Prefecture, has aired until Season 2, and a live-action drama and game have also been developed.

The latest information was revealed at the "YuruCan△" special event "1st Anniversary Thanksgiving Event: Ichinendayo" held at Westa Kawagoe.

The title of the third season of "YuruCan△" has been decided as TV anime "YuruCan△ SEASON3". C-Station has been in charge of animation production for TV anime "YuruCan△", TV anime "HeyaCan△", TV anime "YuruCan△ SEASON2", and the movie "YuruCan△", and it was announced that Eight Bit will be in charge of animation production for the new season, TV anime "YuruCan△ SEASON3". The new season of TV animation "Yuru Can △ SEASON 3" will be produced by Eight Bit.

Along with the change of production company, the main staff has also been renewed. The director is Susumu Tosaka, who directed "Yamanosume: Next Summit" and other works, the series composition is by Rishi Sugiura, who also wrote the series composition and script for "Uma Musume Pretty Derby," and the character design is by Naonori Hashimoto, who was the main animator for "Takkucho Detective Place. Musician Akiko Tateyama and sound director Takeshi Takadera will continue to work on the new series. The five main cast members, Yumiri Hanamori, Nao Higashiyama, Sayuri Hara, Aki Toyosaki, and Riyo Takahashi, will continue to work on the new series as they have in the past.

Q. Could you tell us what you would like to challenge in the production of "YuruCan△ SEASON 3"?
I would like to challenge myself to "depict the charm of the original work honestly and carefully". The characters, story, and locations in the original work by Mr. Afuro are carefully incorporated into the animation, which is the charm of the "Yuru Can△" anime, and this is something I would like to keep in mind for the future series.
You may have noticed that the character designs have changed from the previous series, and we have incorporated the taste of the original manga that will be depicted in "SEASON 3. We will do our best so that everyone will love the girls in the new series.

Q. Could you give a message to the fans who have been supporting the "YuruCan△" series?
As with the previous series, the stage for "SEASON 3" is full of fascinating and wonderful places. We are carefully working on the production so that not only the fans who are at the venue but also those who have not yet seen the work can feel the charm of the original.
We will be very happy if you will be inspired to go camping when you see the girls enjoying their camps in a lively manner.
It will take us a little more time to deliver the film to you, but we hope you will look forward to it.

Q. Looking back at the "YuruCan△" series that you have produced so far, how do you feel?
When we created the first season in 2018, we had no idea that we would be able to continue the series for such a long time. It was a daily process of trial and error to convey the charm of "YuruCan△," but I feel that we were able to do the best we could in our own way.
I am truly grateful to Mr. Afuro, the staff and cast, everyone who helped us with the interviews, and all the fans who support us. Thank you very much.
The most memorable part of the production was the location scouting. We got lost, had torrential rain, and our location vehicle got a flat tire because of the distance we had to travel. But the beautiful scenery, the warmth of the campfire, and the delicious camp food were the best, and I was able to experience firsthand the charm of camping.
I would be very happy if people who watch the anime can feel the fun of camping even a little.

Q. Please give a message to director Susumu Tosaka, who is producing "YuruCamp△ SEASON 3".
Director Tosaka, thank you for all the hard work you and your staff have done! I am now excited to see the new camp of Nadeshiko, Rin and the others.
When I read the original story that is currently being serialized, I see many fascinating camping scenes that have never been seen before, and I feel that there is a lot of charm in "YURU CAN-△" that has not yet been depicted in the anime. I am looking forward to seeing a new "YuruCan△" in the new series.
I know the production must be tough, but please do your best! I will support you in any way I can.

Q. Please give a message to the fans who have been supporting the "YuruCan△" series.
Whenever I hear that fans have started camping or visited the places where the anime is set after watching it, I feel really happy that we made the anime. Just as there are different ways to enjoy camping, such as group camping and solo camping, "YuruCamp△" is a work where you can enjoy camping, gourmet food, hot springs, biking (and dogs!), and many other things. (And dogs!) I think this is a work that can be enjoyed in a variety of ways.
The new series will also have many attractive elements, and we hope you will find your favorite way to enjoy it.
