This book is a definitive guide to anime songs and seiyu songs that have evolved and encompassed a variety of music genres, focusing on classic songs from the 90s. It introduces not only the anthems selected by active anime song DJs, but also plenty of hidden gems.

Also included are rare interviews with Otakkii Sasaki (who also wrote the review), the man behind the aniraji (anime radio) boom of the 1990s, voice actor Kappei Yamaguchi, and music producer Shiro Sasaki, who was involved in numerous anime music productions at Victor at the time!
In addition, Haruko Momoi, the originator of moe songs, voice actress Atsuko Enomoto, and His Excellency GERU-C also made special contributions to the book, making it a book well worth reading.
