A relay interview with the highly anticipated winter anime "Bermuda Triangle"! The second interview is with Boshiki Risa, who plays the role of Fina!

The broadcast of the new anime "Bermuda Triangle ~Colorful Pastorale~," which will color the winter of 2019, is finally approaching on Saturday, January 12.

Bermuda Triangle -Colorful Pastorale-" is a spin-off of the trading card game-themed anime "Card Fight! Vanguard," which has been a series of trading card game-themed anime that has been running since the winter of 2011 through the spring of 2018. It depicts the daily life of the mermaid idol "Bermuda △ (Triangle)," which boasts immense popularity in "Vanguard," until its formation.

The original character design is by Takuya Fujima of "Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha ViVid" fame. The collaboration of popular creators such as director Junji Nishimura and series composition by Michiko Yokote is also a delight, but the cast of "Bermuda Triangle" is the most interesting part!

The second interview is with Ms. Risa Tsumugi, who plays the role of Fina! She is a newcomer from Okinawa who made her voice acting debut last year. Watch out for her energetic comments!

--What kind of character is Fina? Also, what are your impressions of actually playing the role?

Bohki: The Fina I play is a calm and lovely archangel mermaid. Or so I thought! As the story progresses, Fina's true nature comes out more and more! When I took advantage of the opportunity to ad-lib a lot, my fellow performers would say, "Spinning is showing! (laugh), and in the mixer's room we often debate whether it's safe for Fina or not (laugh). (Laughs.) But we have been able to get quite a few people to adopt the story, so we hope that people will pay attention to Fina along with the story!

--Bermuda △" was originally an idol unit popular in the "Cardfight! Vanguard", were you aware of their existence?　Also, what did you think when you first heard about the "Mermaid Idol" setting?

Bohki: I know, I know! It's a very popular clan in "Vanguard"! There are so many cute mermaids, and just looking at them is a feast for the eyes. I was born as a human, so to be able to become a mermaid through the anime is a luxurious experience for me!

--Please tell us about the charm and highlights of this work.

Bohki: Anyway, it's eating, eating! I am sure everyone eats something in every episode (laughs). It's so cute to see girls eating so deliciously. It makes me happy. Not only can you see them eating, but the overall content is very soothing, so I hope you will watch it at the end of the day and fall asleep with your heart healed!

Bohki: I want to talk specifically! But there is a barrier of spoilers: !!!! Well, to put it bluntly, Fina, who has been cute and gentle up until now, suddenly shows a side of herself in one episode. And that's what happens at ......! From that point on, Fina's verses will explode as long as the axis is not too blurred (if you let your guard down, it will become me. ......), so please enjoy that part of the show!

--How do you like the atmosphere at the recording studio?　What was the atmosphere like at the postrecording studio?

Bohki: Basically, just like the five mermaids, we five inside were all gourmands. It is so ...... that a battle is already going on. The other day, there were only four dorayaki left over, and a heated rock-paper-scissors battle ensued. Even though it was outside of recording time, I think we were shouting the loudest that day. ......(laughs).

--In this production, you will be co-starring with Inoue Kikuko, Hidaka Noriko, and other senior cast members. Did you have any interactions or learn anything from the senior cast members?

Bohki: Already! Starting with the two of you, they are all really archangel senpai (senior cast members). ...... They talk to me openly and are too kind. When I was talking with Inoue-san the other day, he said, "I'm 17 years old ♡ and then he said, 'Hey, hey! I feel very embarrassed if she doesn't tell me. (so cute), we all practiced "Hey, hey! --You sang the ending theme song "Shabon.　Please tell us what you thought of it when you sang it.

Bohki: When I heard the song for the first time, I was so impressed by how wonderful you made the song ......! I was so impressed. That is why I wanted to sing it with all my heart and care, but my natural voice and Fina's voice are quite far apart, and unlike when I act, it was very difficult to "sing" in that voice. ...... I am anxious about some parts, but I sang a lot and prepared for the recording, so I hope you will listen to it!
