Go Nagai: For about 20 years, I have received many comments from overseas fans asking when the next installment of "Grendizer" would be made, and I knew that I had to make it someday. I am thrilled that we are finally able to do it this time. I am very excited that we will finally be able to make something cool. I myself am really looking forward to it, because the staff has gathered together an amazing team.

Director Fukuda: Basically, I don't really like to tamper with the original work. If I have named it "Grendizer," I will make "Grendizer" properly. I am more of that type of person, but I also think that there are some things that are not applicable to people today because the work is 50 years old. This time I wanted to make something new, something completely different from a reboot or a remastering. It's a work that both Mr. Okochi and I love, and there are a lot of beautiful characters. Kouji Kabuto is also drawn in a cool way. I think Duke is a bit dark (lol), but I am making him a hero who has many things on his shoulders. I look forward to working with you.

This is actually the first time that Sadamoto-san, the character designer, has worked on a character design for a work with an original story. The fact that there was already an original character made it more difficult than ever before.

Yoshiyuki Sadamoto: When I was first approached, I was looking forward to seeing what kind of work would come out of it, since I was left to decide whether to remake it perfectly or make it completely new. I was looking forward to seeing how it would turn out. After all, it is a popular work in Europe and Saudi Arabia, so if we changed it too much, it would not be accepted. It was difficult to find the right balance.

Ichiro Okochi: "Grendizer" is a popular title all over the world. Is it a remake or a sequel? I think it is an animation that people who have never seen "Grendizer" can enjoy even if they watch it from the beginning. However, I didn't want to make something that wasn't "Grendizer," so I wanted to make something that was dramatic, heroic, and romantic. I didn't want to create something that wasn't "Grendizer," so I created a new "Grendizer" without changing the charm that "Grendizer" originally had. Please look forward to it.

Tanaka Kohei I am very concerned about the current decline in the robot genre, and I was thinking that if I ever get another robot project, I will write a great royal tune for it, and here it is. Grendizer" came along. （It's been 43 years since my debut, but I decided to write the best robot song I've ever written, and I think you'll understand when you hear it! As for whether the music follows the previous work, I have great respect for the music of Mr. Shunsuke Kikuchi in the previous work, and I have listened to all of it. But this time, I changed all the music. Please think of it as a new "Grendizer" and listen to my music.

Bukhari Isamu I grew up watching "Grendizer" as a child. There are many people around the world who have the same love for "Grendizer" as I do. For us, "Grendizer" is not a cartoon. It is a culture.
