The first PV of the winter anime "SHAMAN KING FLOWERS" has been released, and new information about the characters and cast has been announced.

SHAMAN KING FLOWERS" is a sequel to "SHAMAN KING" and takes place 14 years after the Shaman Fight in which Hao became the Shaman King and the curtain closed on the battle. Hana Asakura, the younger brother of Hao and the only son of the legendary warrior Ip Asakura, who fought the final battle with his brother, has been living a depressed life, unable to demonstrate his talent as a shaman. The story of the next generation of shamans begins when two people claiming to be members of the other Asakura family appear in front of Hana.

The first PV has been released!

The video begins with the image of Hana in a depressed mood, unable to hold on to her shaman's power. As if to ruin such a day, Haha Asakura and Roka Asakura, who hold a grudge against the original Asakura family, appear. We can see the characters who will become the central members of the group, including Tamaya, who has grown into an adult with a startled expression on her face, Almi, who makes the shocking statement, "Hana Azakura is my bride," Gakko, Gakko's Mochirei Namaha, and Syrider.

As the second part of the character visuals and cast information, it was announced that Ami Koshimizu will play the role of Asakura Rokka, Kentaro Ito will play the role of Oboro Daiyaku, Kenta Miyake will play the role of Ichihara Ryuji, and Chihiro Ueda will play the role of Namaha.
In addition, Nana Mizuki as Tamamura Tama, Takumu Miyazono as Ponchi, Tomoaki Kanze as Konchi, Masahiko Tanaka as Ryunosuke Umemiya, and Wataru Takagi as Skagero will continue to play the roles from the previous production. Expectations are high for more visuals and cast information to be added in the future.

Ruka Asakura (CV: Ami Koshimizu)

Ruka is the older sister of Yoha. She has been training hard since she was a child in order to support the next head of the "Ura-Makura Family".
She has two lions, Shinden and Raiden.

I think the complexity of people's minds, which are shaken by the past, present, and future, and the characters who grow up while facing their problems without running away from them, are very appealing. It is sometimes painful to be troubled, but this is what makes people grow. Through this work, I felt that even mistakes are necessary.

Q2: Could you tell us about your enthusiasm for playing the character of Asakura Roka?
She is a woman with a clear idea of what she should protect, pure and straightforward, but with a slightly unusual character. I want to carefully weave my words so that I don't lose this balance in my performance.

Oboro Dai-kyo (CV: Kentaro Ito)

Oboro Dai-kyo is the spirit that Habane possesses. He fights with a daikiri, a long sword.
He was trained as a wandering swordsman before his death, but had little practical experience.

Q1: What is the appeal of this work?
The powerful battles, the light tempo, and the way the characters' expressions change from scene to scene, I felt that the work was very pleasing to watch. As a member of the generation that read the "Shaman King" series in real time, I enjoyed this work, which is a legitimate sequel to the series, in many ways!

Q2: Oboro, could you tell us about your enthusiasm for playing the character of Daishaku?
I have always wanted to play the role of Mochirei, so I am very happy to be asked to play this role! I am also excited about the fact that he was a swordsman at the end of the Edo period before his death! As a samurai who lived at the end of the age of the sword, I tried to express what he carried on his back as much as possible. I enjoyed both his interactions with Haha and with Amidamaru! Personally, I like the Hitodama mode form.

■Ryuji Ichihara (CV: Kenta Miyake)

He is a third-year student at Manzou High School, where he is the second-generation wooden sword dragon.
He has a distinctive regent and a strong appearance.

Q2: What is your enthusiasm for playing the character of Ryuji Ichihara?
Ryuji Ichihara is a delinquent who is passionately devoted to the wooden sword dragon, Ryunosuke Umemiya. I will be as passionate as he is, and I will howl with passion. Aim for the conquest of West Tokyo!

Namaha (CV: Chihiro Ueda)

Gakko's Mochirei. She changes her appearance during battle and makes Gakko call her "NAMA-HAGE" because he doesn't want his opponents to "lick" him because of his appearance and name.

Q1. Could you tell us about the appeal of this work?
SHAMAN KING" is one of the TV animation works that I was crazy about when I was a child.
SHAMAN KING FLOWERS" is set 14 years after the previous "SHAMAN FIGHT" and the main character is Hana, the son of Asakura Ip and Anna...! I was so excited.
As I read through the book, I found that while the unique characters made me laugh in the everyday scenes, there were also battle scenes that burned hot, and I felt that the work was exciting in every way.

Q2: What is your enthusiasm for playing the character of Namaha?
I will do my best to play the role of Namaha as the strongest duo while supporting Ibuki Gakko, who is "going to be the strongest man in the world!

Tamao Tamamura (CV: Nana Mizuki)

After graduating from Morira Gakuen, she takes care of and nurtures Hana. She also runs a ryokan as the acting proprietress of Humbari Onsen.
In addition to Ponchi and Konchi, she also possesses the spirit of a great tengu, and is proficient in the tengu-usage technique "Shugen no kokumi-no-kami.

Ponchi (CV: Takumu Miyazono)

Ponchi is the spirit of a raccoon dog. Originally a spirit that served the Asakura family, it is now Tamao's spirit.
