Spaghetti Pancho" and "Kitchen Pancho", a spaghetti chain with an appealing serving size, have introduced a limited time menu "Spicy Hot Neapolitan" with 2.5 times the spiciness of the regular menu.

The current "Spicy Hot Neapolitan" is 2.5 times spicier than the popular standard menu "Umami Spicy Napo". The sauce has an added umami component for a "delicious spiciness. The noodles are topped with "fried pork" which is a very satisfying topping!

Please note that only the Akihabara store in the Akihabara area is eligible for this menu, and the Akihabara Showa-dori Exit store is not.

Capsaicin, the spicy component of chili peppers, is expected to have many effects, such as burning fat and increasing appetite. Pancho's proposal for this summer is to "try to combat summer fatigue with 2.5 times the spiciness".
Based on the popular regular menu item "Umashiri Napo," we decided to increase the spiciness by 2.5 times. However, the increase in spiciness alone would not be enough to make it Pancho's originality. Therefore, we developed a new special sauce with condensed clam flavor to create a Neapolitan dish with both spiciness and umami to the utmost limit.
After the appetite is whetted by the deliciously spicy sauce, Neapolitans always want something more to eat. That is why we have added "fried pork" as a topping. The chewiness and juiciness of the fried pork enhances the spicy and tasty thick noodles of the Neapolitan dish.
