4K remastered versions of "Space Battleship Yamato" and "Saraba Space Battleship Yamato" will be shown again in theaters! All three TV series (HD remastered versions) will be broadcast on BS10 from September!

Space Battleship Yamato the Movie" and "Saraba Space Battleship Yamato: Warriors of Love" will be re-released in 4K remastered versions in theaters and will be broadcast and distributed after their release.

Space Battleship Yamato" is a milestone masterpiece of science fiction in the Japanese animation world.
It has been decided that "Space Battleship Yamato the Movie" and "Farewell Space Battleship Yamato: Warriors of Love" will be revived using state-of-the-art 4K scanning and 4K remastering technology and re-screened in theaters for two consecutive months in December 2023 and January 2024, approximately half a century after their release. It was also announced that "Space Battleship Yamato the Movie" (*1) will be broadcast and distributed on Star Channel in January 2024, the month after the theatrical release, and "Farewell, Space Battleship Yamato: Warriors of Love" (*2) in 4K remastered version in February.

In addition, starting in September 2023, under the title of "'Space Battleship Yamato' Long-Term In-Depth Special," the broadcast and distribution of all three TV series will begin, starting with the first TV animation "Space Battleship Yamato [HD Remastered Version]" (26 episodes), which was first broadcast on TV in 1974.
