Lupin's memory has been stolen by a "mysterious woman" and a "magic lamp"!
Lupin is begged by Fujiko and steals a "magic lamp" that grants any wish while dodging a fierce attack by Captain Zenigata. When he rubs the lamp on the beach where he crash-landed to see if it is real, a hologram of a beautiful woman who claims to be a fairy appears from the lamp.
However, when Lupin realizes he is standing in the middle of a strange city and has lost half a day's worth of memory. ......
What will happen in the battle for the memory search device "LAMP", where various speculations intersect?
