The second season of the winter anime "Urusei Yatsura" will begin airing in January 2024, and the key visual for the second season has been revealed.

Rumiko Takahashi's impressive debut work "Urusei Yatsura" begins with the encounter between Ataru Moroboshi, the "most dangerous" high school student on earth, and Rum, a beautiful "devil girl" who has come down from outer space. Fearless, full of energy in love, yet somewhat sad... Ataru and Ram's boy-meets-girl love story is colored by a cast of characters from all over the galaxy.
To commemorate the 100th anniversary of Shogakukan, the selected episodes of the original story will be adapted into a completely new TV anime series to be broadcast over a four-cour period on Fuji Television's "Noitamina" and other channels, with the first season airing in October 2022.

Directed by Hideya Takahashi and Yasuhiro Kimura, who worked on "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind"; series composition by Yuko Kakihara of "Hataraku Cell"; character design by Naoyuki Asano of "Osomatsu-san" and "Don't Mess with the Image Lab! Naoyuki Asano of "Osomatsu-san" and "Don't mess with the Visual Effects Laboratory," and david production of "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure" series and "Flames of Fire" are in charge of animation production. Hiroshi Kamiya and Sumire Uesaka will play the hero, Ataru Moroboshi, aka "Darling," and the heroine, Ram, a couple of rare beauty.
