Lupin and his friends successfully steal the "Jigoku Nyorai" statue, a Japanese national treasure discovered at a recreation facility in Nazi Germany. However, during a game of tag with Zenigata, the statue is stolen by Morgana, a mysterious group of ninja robbers, and Zenigata is killed in an explosion. For the sake of the deceased Zenigata, Lupin and his friends try to discover the secret of the "Fujin" that Morgana is after.
